The full NFL game 2022 schedule will be released on Thursday, meaning fans can start planning the trip, letting others know when they will be unavailable, and dreaming that it could be “the year.”
While the NFL game in 2022 isn’t far off in the future, neither is the high school football season. Within just 16 weeks, the 2022 season is fast approaching, and looking to the biggest and best games on our schedule.
With annual league matchups, non-league showdowns, and individual battles with other heavyweights, we’ve mapped out the games we’d like to take part in throughout the fall.
Many games are inter-state battles, highlighted by the August 26 California-Texas showdown between St. John Bosco and Allen. The Braves sailed to Lone Star State after a season-long journey to the Southern California Power Meter Dei Duncanville, beating the Panthers 45-3. The Eagles, owners of five Texas titles, are hoping to regain the right to brag against St. John Bosco, who finished 6th in the Maxpreps Top 25 and must be among the few teams fighting for the Precision No. 1 spot.
Another interstate war is an emancipation opportunity for Bishop Gorman, who hosts Hamilton on 9 September. Huskies stunned the Gels last season, scoring three goals in the final 65 seconds to win 25-24 in a national television game.
